Abdel A\u00efssou et les jeunes du coll\u00e8ge l\u2019Eganaude de Biot : un grand moment pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de Sandrine H\u00e9br\u00e9ard.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->Autour de lui, 90 coll\u00e9giens de Solidarsport et 10 jeunes basketteurs du Cavigal de Nice sont ses invit\u00e9s pour une sortie en mer.<br \/>\nNous sommes le mercredi 25 mai, il est 11h30.<br \/>\nEn cet instant, il est urgent pour M. Abdel A\u00efssou de se mettre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cart sur le pont.<br \/>\nSon portable ne cesse de vibrer.<br \/>\nFort de quelques gestes \u00e0 l\u2019appui, tout rentre vite dans l\u2019ordre.<br \/>\nLe directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du groupe Randstad a annul\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui la majorit\u00e9 de ses rendez-vous pour \u00eatre parmi les jeunes azur\u00e9ens.<br \/>\n<em>\u00abNous entendons soutenir l\u2019action de Solidarsport et du Cavigal en mettant ce magnifique outil qu\u2019est le trois m\u00e2ts au service des enfants pour leur faire vivre une journ\u00e9e formidable. Nous avons en commun les m\u00eames valeurs de solidarit\u00e9 et de partage\u00bb<\/em>.<br \/>\n<em>\u00abCes valeurs sont celles qui ont guid\u00e9 ma vie. Je n\u2019ai pas oubli\u00e9 d\u2019o\u00f9 je viens. Je suis fils d\u2019ouvrier m\u00e9tallurgiste. Notre existence \u00e9tait belle, mais nous n\u2019avions pas toujours le suppl\u00e9ment qui nous permettait d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la culture ou aux loisirs. Durant toute mon enfance, j\u2019ai crois\u00e9 des adultes qui \u00e9taient tourn\u00e9s vers les autres et m\u2019ont aid\u00e9 \u00e0 construire ma vie d\u2019homme\u00bb<\/em>.<br \/>\nEt l\u00e0, M. Abdel A\u00efssou ouvre son c\u0153ur en parlant de M. Simoni, son instituteur corse de l\u2019\u00e9cole du boulevard Belleville \u00e0 Paris <em>\u00abIl me donnait fr\u00e9quemment des livres. Le quotidien est fait de toutes petites choses\u2026 des gestes de partage\u00bb<\/em>.<br \/>\nDe cette scolarit\u00e9 en quartier populaire, M. Abdel A\u00efssou raconte <em>\u00abNous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 deux \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 aller loin dans les \u00e9tudes : un Enarque et un Polytechnicien\u00bb<\/em>.<br \/>\nL\u2019occasion de mettre l\u2019accent sur la valeur travail <em>\u00abC\u2019est la clef de tout\u00bb<\/em>.<br \/>\nA 50 ans, apr\u00e8s une carri\u00e8re de haut fonctionnaire \u2013 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 sous pr\u00e9fet des Alpes-Maritimes \u2013 M. Abdel A\u00efssou est devenu directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Groupe Randstad <em>\u00abJ\u2019ai voulu me prouver que j\u2019\u00e9tais capable de r\u00e9ussir aussi dans le priv\u00e9\u00bb<\/em>.<br \/>\nAujourd\u2019hui, il est au sommet d\u2019une pyramide qui repr\u00e9sente 100.000 salari\u00e9s, 100.000 int\u00e9rimaires et est l\u2019un des principaux employeurs de France avec 900 agences.<br \/>\nPr\u00e9sent dans 50 pays, le groupe Randstad ne cesse de se d\u00e9velopper et M.
